📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?

We almost ship worldwide! Whether you’re in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or beyond, we’ve got you covered.

However, these countries are excluded from our shipping list;

Q: How long does shipping take?

  • USA/Canada: 5–7 business days

  • UK/Australia: 7–14 business days

  • Other regions: 10–21 business days
    Note: Delivery times start after the 1–3 day processing period.

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q: My package is delayed. What should I do?

First, check your tracking link. If there’s no movement after 7 days, email us at order@taqwatribe.com with your order number.

Q: Are all products in an order shipped together?

To ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, certain products are carefully packaged individually. Additionally, we sometimes fulfill orders from multiple strategically located facilities to speed up delivery.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?

We gladly accept returns for the following reasons:

 

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange for a replacement.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong item than what you ordered, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with photos of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

We don't accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size ordered

Q: Do you cover return shipping costs?

We cover shipping for returns due to defects/errors.

 

Please email our customer support team at returns@taqwatribe.com within 15 days of receiving your order, clearly stating the reason for the return and providing your order number and relevant photos.

Absolutely! We partner with eco-conscious POD suppliers who use sustainable materials and ethical labor practices.

Q: How do I choose the right size?

Check our size charts on every product page. Still unsure? DM us on Instagram with your height/weight for personalized advice!

Q: What’s the QR code for?

Each QR code links to verified Quranic verses or Hadith sources on our website. Scan it to deepen your understanding of the design’s meaning.

Q: Is my payment secure?

Yes! We use SSL encryption and never store your payment details.

Q: Can I edit/cancel my order?

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your item enters production.

🌍 International Orders

Q: Will I pay customs fees?

International customers may incur customs charges based on local laws. These are not included in your order total.

Q: My country isn’t listed. Can I still order?
